Meeting Preparation

1:1 Meetings

For most 1:1 meetings, you will end up sharing results and/or issues you've run into. In general, I recommend using a note-taking platform like  Notion  to keep a written summary of what you wish to talk about. After the meeting, you can update the document with the result of the discussion and any potential next steps ("action items"). You don't have to use Notion and should feel comfortable using a system that works for you. For instance, you may prefer PowerPoint slides or even using a custom Slite channel. Ultimately, it is up to you.

Time-permitting, you may choose to share your update document with me before the meeting. This can make our meeting more productive, particularly if it's about something quite technical.

Group Meetings

If you are presenting at group meeting, please use PowerPoint to prepare your meeting slides. Be sure to store the PowerPoint document in our cloud storage so group members can refer back to it at a later point.
