First and foremost, congratulations on deciding to join the group! We are thrilled to have you!

Before Arriving

Here is a checklist of things to do before your first day in lab:
If you are a graduate student or postdoc, consult with me about purchasing a personal laptop if needed. If you don't have a laptop or your current laptop is hindering your productivity in any way whatsoever, then consider it needed.
If you aren't proficient with Python, refer to the educational resources listed at the top of the 🐍⁠⁠Python⁠  document and spend a bit of time getting up to speed on the basics. This will help make the on-boarding experience smoother.

First Few Days

There are several tasks you will want to complete in the first few days. Since many of these tasks involve joining group accounts that shouldn't be shared publicly, please head over to the  🛳️⁠⁠Onboarding Tasks⁠  in our  Locked with Key⁠⁠Internal Group Docs⁠  channel for a complete list of tasks you should complete.
